Arrival:

• The booked apartment or room may be obtained from 12am

• Upon arrival, all guests must present a valid ID to register

Check out:

• On the date of departure the apartment must be left by 9.00am latest, and in a presentable condition

• CANCELLATIONS: The EU standards for cancellations of hotel reservations apply. In case of cancellation and late arrival or early departure 75% of the booked reservation will be billed (unless we can re-rent the apartment)
